، وفكرتها أن تعطي المهام الصعبة أولوية في الإنجاز ..
و من خلال تجارب الخبراء لاحظوا أن هذه التقنية تعطيك إمكانية عالية لإنجاز باقي المهام بوقت قصير وبفعالية ونشاط أكبر ' وتساعد على تجاوز التسويف في العمل .

5 Non-Conversion Based Metrics You Should Track and Measure
1. User-Activity - This metric is best for digital products or apps and is generally measured within three temporal windows: Daily, Weekly, and Monthly.
2. Week #1 Engagement - The first week that someone signs up to use your product should be full of activity and regular use.
3. Time In-App - User spending more time in your app could be a good thing, or not, depending on your product. Either way, it's important to keep an eye on it.
4. Feature Usage - This metric is full of valuable customer insights you don’t want to lose.
5. Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) - I know. CAC is more of a marketing metric rather than a product-related one, but it plays a part in what you’re doing too.

Here’s a story about how it happens…
Netflix launched Qwikster in September 2011.
DVDs started their business, but streaming skyrocketed it. And Qwikster would separate the two, taking over the iconic red envelopes.
Operationally, this made total sense for Netflix. But for customers, it meant two services, two logins, and, yup, two monthly subscription bills 💸
Customers hated it. Who can remember one password, let alone two?! And who wants to pay more for essentially the same service?
By October 2011, Qwikster was done and Netflix was left apologizing.
How could they have avoided this expensive mess? By listening to customers. By conducting user research. By testing concepts with their own users. 🗣️
That’s easier said than done when you’re moving at lightning speed to get the product out the door and stealing 5-10 minutes of your own users’ time for feedback often feels impossible.
