#الاكتئاب_بدون_سبب (2)
"انهيها ... انهي حياتك البائسة دى ، وصدقني هتخلص من الوجع ده للأبد" صوت داخلي بيرن في ودان مريض الاكتئاب ، صوت مافيش حد سامعه غيره ، دايما شايف انه لوحده ، متوتر دايما و خايف من المستقبل ، منعزل عن العالم ، مفيش حد فاهمه ولا سامعه. فبيلجأ لحل دايم لمشكلة مؤقتة ... الانتحار!!
لو انت حاسس بالحالة دي او حالة مشابهة ليها، ما تخافش و ما تيأسش من المرض. و لو انت شايف حد من اهلك, من صحابك, حد عزيز عليك بيعاني من الحالة دى, طمنه, و خليك معاه, ما تترددش انك تاخده لدكتور متخصص فى الامراض النفسية. في امل في العلاج... بس انت ابدأ!

#الاكتئاب_بدون_سبب
في عدد كبير من الناس بتعاني من امراض نفسية, اللي بتقف في طريق صحتهم, وبتأثر علي سعادتهم. و من اكتر الامراض النفسية المنتشرة "الاكتئاب". والنسبة الاعلي للمرض بتكون فى الاناث.

الاكتئاب عبارة عن اضطراب في المزاج اللي بيسبب احساس متواصل بالحزن و الاحباط و فقدان الشغف وعدم القدرة علي التواصل في الحياة الاجتماعية. وفي فرق كبير ما بين الاكتئاب و الحزن. الحزن احساس مؤقت و اسبابه معروفة و بتفضل قادر تستمتع بحياتك عامة. اما الاكتئاب, حالة مرضية و مفيش اى تفكير في المستقبل بايجابية.

ومن اسباب الاكتئاب: الاحداث المؤلمة زي خسارة شخص عزيز, اكتئاب ما بعد الولادة, الامراض زي مثلا السرطان و أمراض القلب, و اسباب اخرى كتير و لكن اغلب الناس ما يعرفوش يحددوا سبب الاكتئاب

في اعراض كتير للاكتئاب منها الحزن مستمر, التشاؤم, القلق, صعوبة في التركيز, اضطرابات في النوم و الاكل, الانعزال, واخطرهم التفكير في الانتحار.
كل مشكله و ليها حل. و مش عيب انك تروح لدكتور نفسي, و تاخد العلاج حتى لو العلاج تضمن أدوية. ممكن تبدأ بطلب المساعدة من صديق او فرد من افراد عيلتك و تحاول تتواصل مع دكتور مختص.

الاكتئاب زيه زي اي مرض. انت مش مجنون ولا مختل عشان انت مكتئب والموضوع ملوش اي علاقة بأي نواحي روحانية او دينية. ناس كتير فاكرة انك لما تروح لدكتور نفسي ده "بداية طريق فقدان العقل" لكن في الحقيقة ده بداية طريق لعلاج فعال وحياه صحية اكتر.
اوعى تفقد الامل. انت مش لوحدك و احنا كلنا معاك!

There are some mental illnesses that stand in the way of health and happiness. One of the most common mental diseases is “Depression”. There is a huge difference between depression and sadness. As sadness is a temporary feeling with known reasons, where you can still enjoy many things in life. Unlike depression, it is a mental disease that is associated with negative thinking about the future.

Depression is a state of feeling sad, feeling down, losing interest in our everyday activities, and losing connection in social life.
Stressful events, like losing somebody, postnatal depression (depression after giving birth), physical illnesses such as coronary heart disease or cancer, and sometimes, most people have no idea why they have depression.

Well, there are a lot of psychological, physical, and social symptoms, the most common are: sadness, pessimism, anxiety, feeling of emptiness, impaired concentration, disturbed sleep, and the most dangerous one is suicidal thoughts.

Every problem has a solution. There is nothing wrong with going to a psychiatrist and getting the right treatment, whether it included medications or not. Don’t hesitate or be shy about this illness! First of all, ask for help from a friend or family member, then, reach out to a medical professional.

Depression is just like any other disease. You are not mad or crazy if you are depressed, and it is certainly has nothing to do with any spiritual or religious aspects. A lot of people think that going to a psychiatrist is “a journey to losing their minds

ACPC, (Advanced Cure Pharmaceutical Company) founded in November 2017, by its board members:

• Dr. Ahmed Saad (Chief Executive Officer),
• Dr. Hala Mohamed (Operation Manager)
• Dr. Heba Atef (Operation Delegate).
This company had a clear vision, which is to facilitate the reach of the highest quality and affordable costs of health essentials to the patients in our country, and to submit the highest services deserved to our community.

The company has 135 highly skilled and professional employees, that are always at the pace of self-development and passion about their work engagments.Although it has been only 3 years but the company managed to boost its sales gross in the year 2019-2020 to about 30% gross rate.

Our main and most essential objective to provide our services to all the patients and to contribute to the well-being of the society. This is just the start of our story and the rest is yet to come!
