Reviving the Nile Bus Service why the Egyptian people stopped taking it instead of high road traffic ?

A group of students in the French University of Egypt, last year faculty of Management, wanted to make a change in this service, they wanted to revive it in a professional way, and to understand why it was neglected all these years ? and lastly and most importantly why did the government didnt give it enough attention like they did with other transportation services ?
