After 10 years, it’s time to close the chapter.

After a decade of building, leading, and growing INSYNC at New Giza Sports Club with my partner Nour Osama, we have made the decision not to continue operating at the club.

It’s not an easy decision — this space has been our second home. But we’ve reached a point where the setting no longer supports or reflects the vision,objectives, values, and standards we hold ourselves to.

We leave behind a legacy we’re incredibly proud of:
A program that started with four-year-old girls who are now strong, confident 14-year-old athletes and young talented girls with great future.
A coaching team that grew with us, aligned in values and united in purpose.
Parents who became true partners, believers, and ultimately — family.
And most importantly, a culture — a healthy, balanced, empowering sports culture that has always put the athlete’s growth, character, and well-being first.

As an Olympian, an artistic swimming lover, and someone who’s been in the sport for more than 35 years, I had a vision. A dream to build something more than results — to create a structure that nurtures creativity, integrity, discipline, and joy.
To raise a generation of athletes who not only perform but thrive — with no limits.
To inspire everyone around through choreography, through community, and through purpose.
We did that — and I can proudly say we did it right.

Thank you to every girl who trained with us — you’ve taught me as much as I’ve taught you.
Thank you to every parent who believed in what we stood for.
Thank you to every coach and partner who stood by our side.

INSYNC is not just a program. It’s a movement. And while this chapter at New Giza ends, the mission continues — stronger than ever.

Can't be more proud. Ended our under 12 national championship with 3 medals and a cup. 1st ranking in solo, 2nd in team combo and 3rd in team free and overall 3rd cup. Can't be more proud... not only for the ranking but for the type of synchro we manage to present. Creative and different. Super proud of teams talented coaches who give with passion love dedication. Proud of lovely moms. WE DID IT:)

Those beautiful girls... started with us since day 1. And since then giving their best, passionate, working hard, gaining respect of everyone and role models to everyone around them. Under 10 team: 3rd place
Under 10 combo team: 3rd place
Under 10 B team: 4th among B team
Under 8 team: 4th place

Cannot be more proud of this strong result. Am more proud of the JOURNEY to the result as this is what makes it all.
A journey that started with a vision, strong tactics, goals translated into a very well thought of program to built the strongest group of coaches and girls.

Hard work, 7 hours daily hard work, yet followed by fun. One of the most fun trips with those lovely girls and coaches

Lifetime Experinece for INSYNC NGSC artistic swimming girls. Extensive 5 day camp in Barcelona, trained by Anastasia Ermakova, 4 time Olympic winner and 13 World Gold medalist, plus being coached by 4 Olympian and Spanish National team current and former champions. A camp tailor made only for our girls and coached by a group of the world best coaches. A lifetime Experinece for our girls .anastasia83
