التحضير للقاء الختامي لمشروع "الجدارات المتقدمة للمعلمين لتحسين التعليم المهني في مدارس التكنولوجيا التطبيقية - ACTIVE-ATS"

في إطار الجهود المستمرة لتحسين جودة التعليم المهني والتكنولوجي في مصر، يتم حاليًا التحضير للقاء الختامي لمشروع "الجدارات المتقدمة للمعلمين لتحسين التعليم المهني في مدارس التكنولوجيا التطبيقية - (ACTIVE-ATS)." والمقرر عقده في الأسبوع الأول من شهر نوفمبر 2024 بمقر وزارة التربية والتعليم والتعليم الفني بالعاصمة الإدارية، حيث ستُعرض خلاله الأنشطة والإنجازات التي تحققت طوال فترة المشروع، والتي استهدفت رفع كفاءة المعلمين في مدارس التكنولوجيا التطبيقية.

هذا المشروع الهام يأتي بالتعاون بين وزارة التربية والتعليم والتعليم الفني، وجامعة حلوان، وجامعة هاماك بفنلندا وبدعم من Erasmus+. ويهدف إلى تدريب معلمي ومشرفي مدارس التكنولوجيا التطبيقية على أحدث المناهج والطرق والأدوات التعليمية. ويركز المشروع على نشر وتبادل الخبرات والممارسات الجيدة في مجال التعليم المهني والتكنولوجي، مما يساهم في إعداد كوادر تعليمية قادرة على مواكبة التطورات الحديثة في هذا المجال. ويشمل المشروع تعزيز التعاون بين المدارس وشركات القطاع الخاص لضمان توفير بيئة تدريبية عملية للطلاب، تساعدهم على تطوير المهارات المهنية المطلوبة في سوق العمل.

اللقاء الختامي سيشهد عرضاً شاملاً لأبرز ما تم تحقيقه من أنشطة تدريبية وورش عمل على مدار فترة المشروع. بالإضافة إلى عرض نماذج عملية توضح كيفية توجيه الطلاب أثناء تدريبهم العملي، وضمان تحقيق أفضل نتائج تعليمية وتدريبية لهم. يعد هذا الحدث خطوة هامة نحو تعزيز جودة التعليم الفني في مصر، ودعم الكوادر التعليمية.

Preparing for the Final Day of the ACTIVE-ATS Project

Egypt is working hard to improve vocational and technical education. As part of these efforts, the final day of the "Advanced Competencies for Teachers to Improve Vocational Education in Technological Schools" (ACTIVE-ATS) project is being planned for the first week of November 2024. This event will showcase the activities and achievements of the project, aiming to enhance the skills of teachers in technical schools.

This important project is a collaboration between the Ministry of Education and Technical Education, Helwan University, and HAMK University of Applied Sciences in Finland, with support from Erasmus+. It aims to train teachers and supervisors in technical schools on the latest curricula, methods, and tools. The project focuses on sharing experiences and best practices in vocational and technical education to prepare teachers who can keep up with modern developments in this field. It also promotes cooperation between schools and private companies to provide practical training environments for students.

The final meeting will present a comprehensive overview of the training activities and workshops conducted throughout the project. It will also showcase practical examples of how to guide students during their practical training to ensure the best educational and training outcomes. This event is a significant step towards improving the quality of vocational education in Egypt and supporting educational staff.

بالتعاون بين وزارة التربية والتعليم والتعليم الفني و جامعة حلوان و جامعة هاماك بفنلندا و ممول من الاتحاد الأوروبي. انطلاق الدورة الثالثة لمشروع ACTIVE ATS لتعزيز جودة التعليم الفني والتدريب المهني في مصر

لليوم الثاني عُقدت ورشة عمل حول ضمان الجودة والتعلم القائم على العمل (WBL) في إطار فعاليات الدورة الثالثة لمشروع ACTIVE ATS،

هدفت الورشة إلى تبادل أفضل الممارسات في مجال ضمان الجودة وتعزيز دور التعلم القائم على العمل في تحسين مخرجات التعليم الفني والتدريب المهني (TVET) في مصر.

تناول السيد شيفر (IHKPG ) خلال الجلسة الافتتاحية أهمية ضمان الجودة والتعلم القائم على العمل في تطوير التعليم الفني والتدريب المهني.
كما تم تناول عمليات إدارة الجودة وتطويرها، والأدوات المستخدمة في تقييم الجودة وإدارتها، من خلال معايير ضمان الجودة الأوروبي في التعليم والتدريب المهني (EQAVET).
ومن جانبها استعرضت السيدة شيماء ممدوح (MOE ) ما تم إنجازه في جودة التعليم الفني في مصر، وأهمية وجود هيئة وطنية مستقلة لضمان الجودة في التعليم الفني في مصر (ETQAN). كما عرضت أفضل الممارسات في مجال ضمان الجودة والتعلم القائم على العمل.

وفي نهاية الورشة التدريبية جاءت التوصيات:
* تبادل الخبرات بين المشاركين حول أفضل الممارسات في مجال ضمان الجودة والتعلم القائم على العمل.
* تعزيز قدرات المشاركين في تصميم وتنفيذ برامج تعليمية وتدريبية عالية الجودة.
* بلورة خطط عمل لتطوير منظومة ضمان الجودة في مؤسسات التعليم الفني والتدريب المهني في مصر.

يُساهم مشروع ACTIVE ATS في تعزيز جودة التعليم الفني والتدريب المهني في مصر من خلال بناء قدرات المعلمين والمدربين.

**"Collaboration Between the Ministry of Education and Technical Education, Helwan University, and Hamk University in Finland, Funded by the European Union: Launch of the Third Cycle of the ACTIVE ATS Project to Enhance the Quality of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) in Egypt**

For the second day, a workshop was held on quality assurance and work-based learning (WBL) as part of the third cycle of the ACTIVE ATS project. The workshop aimed to exchange best practices in quality assurance and enhance the role of work-based learning in improving TVET outcomes in Egypt.

During the opening session, Mr. Schiffer (IHKPG) emphasized the importance of quality assurance and work-based learning in the development of technical and vocational education and training. The workshop covered quality management processes and tools, including the European Quality Assurance in Vocational Education and Training (EQAVET) standards.

Ms. Shimaa Mamdouh (MOE) presented the achievements in technical education quality in Egypt and highlighted the importance of an independent national body for quality assurance in technical education (ETQAN). Best practices in quality assurance and work-based learning were also discussed.

At the end of the training workshop, the following recommendations were made:
- Exchange experiences among participants regarding best practices in quality assurance and work-based learning.
- Enhance participants' capacities in designing and implementing high-quality educational and training programs.
- Develop action plans to improve the quality assurance system in technical and vocational education institutions in Egypt.

The ACTIVE ATS project contributes to enhancing the quality of technical and vocational education and training in Egypt through building capacities of teachers and trainers.

القاهرة من 26 إلى 27 يونيو 2024

تناولت جلسات الدورة الثالثة "بناء قدرات المعلمين والمعلمات بمدارس التكنولوجيا التطبيقية" في مجالات التعلم القائم على العمل، وقياس جودة التدريب في التعليم الفني.
كما حرصت الجلسات على تحقيق مجموعة من الأهداف منها :
* خلق ممارسات جديدة لمؤسسات التعليم والتدريب الفني والمهني (TVET) والشركات لدعم تعلم المتعلمين القائم على العمل.
* دعم الدور النشط للمعلمين وقدرتهم على استخدام طرق تقييم متعددة في تدريب المتعلمين أثناء العمل.
* تعزيز القدرات التقنية للمعلمين والمدربين.
* تعزيز فرص القطاع الخاص في المشاركة في تحسين جودة وملاءمة التعليم والتدريب الفني والمهني (TVET).

شهدت الدورة مشاركة نخبة من المدربين من مصر وفنلندا وألمانيا، الذين قدموا خبراتهم وتجاربهم في مجال التعلم القائم على العمل.

وفي خلال الجلسة الافتتاحية تناول كل من السيد دانييل كارل / السيدة شيماء ممدوح نبذة قصيرة عن الخبراء وتجارب المشاركين في التعلم القائم على العمل، مع التركيز على نقاط القوة والضعف، ودور المعلم في دعم متعلمي TVET، والتعاون بين التعليم الفني والتدريب المهني والأعمال.

ثم تلتها جلسة تناولت التحضير لزيارة المعلمين والمعلمات لمصانع ومواقع العمل الشركاء الصناعيين، مع شرح القواعد والإجراءات التنظيمية.

وفي نهاية اليوم الأول أكد المشاركون على اكتسابهم مهارات وخبرات جديدة في مجال التعلم القائم على العمل، وقياس جودة التدريب في التعليم الفني.

The 3rd Round of the ACTIVE-ATS Project Kicks Off in Cairo.

Cairo, Egypt – June 26-27, 2024

The third round of the ACTIVE-ATS project, titled "Building the Capacities of Teachers and Trainers in Applied Technology Schools," was held in Cairo from June 26 to 27, 2024. The sessions focused on work-based learning and quality assessment in technical education.

The sessions aimed to achieve the following objectives:

Create new practices for TVET institutions and companies to support work-based learner learning.
Support the active role of teachers and their ability to use multiple assessment methods in training learners on the job.
Strengthen the technical skills of teachers and trainers.
Enhance private sector opportunities to participate in improving the quality and relevance of TVET.
The workshop was attended by a distinguished group of trainers from Egypt, Finland, and Germany, who shared their experiences and expertise in the field of work-based learning.

Day 1

The opening session featured presentations by Mr. Daniel Karl and Ms. Shimaa Mamdouh, who provided a brief overview of the experts and the participants' experiences in work-based learning. The focus was on strengths and weaknesses, the role of the teacher in supporting TVET learners, and cooperation between TVET and businesses.

This was followed by a session on preparing teachers to visit partner industrial factories and workplaces, with an explanation of the rules and regulations.

At the end of the first day, participants expressed their appreciation for the new skills and experiences they had gained in work-based learning and quality assessment in technical education.

انتهاء فعاليات الأسبوع المكثف الثاني من فعاليات مشروع "الكفاءات المتقدمة للمعلمين لتحسين التعليم المهني في مدارس التكنولوجيا التطبيقية.

استهدف الاسبوع الثاني المكثف من هذا البرنامج هو تزويد المعلمين بالجدارات والاستراتيجيات اللازمة لتحسين أدائهم داخل مدارس التكنولوجيا التطبيقية. وقد اشتمل برنامج الاسبوع الثاني على محاور التدريب مهارات التفكير الناقد - وكيفية تنميتها لدى الطلاب ، كما تم مناقشة بعض الأفكار المتعلقة بعملية التعلم والخبرات التعليمية، وتم تبادل الآراء والتجارب بين المعلمين، أيضا جلسة نقاشية حول نقل خبرات عن التعليم في فنلندا وتسليط الضوء على افضل الممارسات هناك ومدى الاستفادة منها في مدارس التكنولوجيا التطبيقية، بالإضافة إلي التعريف بالرقمنة واستخدام الادوات التكنولوجية داخل الحجزة الدراسية المتقدمة ودورها في تعزيز عملية التعلم. وقد تم توضيح أهمية المناظرات التعليمية وكيفية تنظيمها وتنفيذها بشكل فعال.

قدم التدريب في الاسبوع الثاني خبراء ودكاترة من جامعة HAMK بفنلندا وخبراء من ألمانيا بجانب خبراء من جامعة حلوان بمصر. وقد ابدى السادة المعلمين المشاركين عن مدى استفادتهم من البرنامج التدريبي من خلال المحاضرات والانشطة الندريبية بجانب تبادل المعارف والخبرات مع كافة المشاركين والمحاضرين والاستفادة من أفضل الممارسات في مدارس التكنولوجيا التطبيقية.

"The second intensive week of the "Advanced Competencies for Teachers to Improve Professional Education in Applied Technology Schools" project has concluded.

The focus of the second intensive week of this program was to provide teachers with the competencies and strategies necessary to improve their performance in applied technology schools. The program included training sessions on critical thinking skills and how to develop them in students. There were also discussions on topics related to the learning process and educational experiences, allowing teachers to exchange opinions and experiences. Additionally, a panel discussion was held to share experiences and best practices from education in Finland and how they can be applied in applied technology schools. The importance of digitalization and the use of technological tools in advanced classrooms and their role in enhancing the learning process were also introduced. The training emphasized the significance of educational debates and provided guidance on organizing and implementing them effectively.

The training in the second week was delivered by experts and professors from HAMK University in Finland, experts from Germany, and experts from Helwan University in Egypt. Participating teachers expressed their satisfaction with the training program, highlighting the value they gained from the lectures, training activities, and knowledge and experience sharing among all participants and trainers, as well as the benefits derived from the best practices in applied technology schools.

المرحلة الثانية من تنفيذ مشروع "الجدارات المتقدمة للمعلمين لتحسين التعليم المهني في مدارس التكنولوجيا التطبيقية":
• اجراء اسبوع تدريبى مكثف بالقاهرة بحضور فريق المشروع من جامعة حلوان ووزارة التربية والتعليم والتعليم الفنى وفريق جامعة هاماك
• استكمال التدريب عبر الانترنت وعقد اسبوع تدريبى اخر فى اول مارس
• استكمال المهام المطلوبة من المتدربين في المشروع
• الحصول على شهادة 20 ECTS (نظام الاعتماد الأوروبي المتكامل) من HAMK - جامعة للعلوم التطبيقية، فنلندا وIHK Projektgesellschaft mbH (IHKPG)، ألمانيا. وهى شهادة تعزيز المهارات والكفاءات التربوية.
Phase Two of the "Advanced Competencies for Teachers to Improve Vocational Education in Technological Schools" Project:
• An intensive training week will be held in Cairo, attended by the project team from Helwan University, the Ministry of Education and Technical Education, and the Hamk University team.
• Online training will be completed, and another training week will be held in early March.
• The trainees will complete the tasks required for the project.
• Trainees will receive a 20 ECTS (European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System) certificate from HAMK - University of Applied Sciences, Finland and IHK Projektgesellschaft mbH (IHKPG), Germany. This is a certificate for the development of educational skills and competencies.
