Junior Architectural Designer in Egypt.
(Part-Time, Work from home)

We are currently seeking a junior architectural designer in Egypt to join our team on a part-time basis for 3 days per week. The position can possibly become full time in the future. ARCULUS STUDIO is an architecture and interior design studio, based in Cairo-Egypt and was founded in 2010.
In this position you will be involved in all projects phases, from programming, schematic, design development and construction drawings. Our project types are mostly residential and commercial. We also do many projects in the Gulf-region, so you will have the chance to learn about the different codes, design standards, and gain good design experience throughout every project.

Job requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture
- 1 to 3 years of experience in architecture design. Experience in interior design is a plus but not necessary.
- Advanced skills in AutoCAD (2016 or newer versions), Sketch up Pro and Adobe Suite/Photoshop. Experience with Revit is a plus but not necessary.
- Advanced skills in 3D modeling and rendering.
- Experience using Google Suite.
- Since this is a work from home position, must have your own computer/laptop that can easily handle the use of drafting software needed, and to have access to good internet connection.
Compensation and benefits
- Monthly salary EGP 3.500
- Bonus at the end of each working year
- You will gain a mix of great working experiences and practices.

Here are 5 tips to achieve it:

1-Proper Lighting: First thing first, if the room is too bright or too dark, it's not comfortable! So make sure that there are adjustable sources of light for everyone, and for every mood. ;)

2-Comfortable Sofas and Arm Chairs: They are the KEY to a comfortable living room!
Choose them wide, with a soft fabric and comfortable filing.

3-Light Weight Table (Movable Table) is a must! Doesn't have to be the main table, but definitely, a small elegant one would do the job.

4-Multiple Electric Wall Ports are so important nowadays since we have so many devices and so many chargers 😄!
Make sure it's well distributed around the room.

5-Rugs: Last but not least, the feeling of a rug under your feet whether in summer or winter, is surely a comfortable feeling.
