The Hermit, the hermaphrodite, born of every permutation of the stars, in every Aeon and in every temporal part, every place on earth, nourished by silence - the embodiment of man is world, through the stability of change.

The Lover, born of several permutations of the stars, resides in one Aeon, in several temporal parts, limited to a linear progression of time, hopes to explore every place on earth and seek nourishment by the desire of every culture - the embodiment of man and world.

The Man of Earth, born of a single permutation of the stars, in one Aeon, in one temporal part, is not yet aware of the circumstances of his birth. But he, too, is limited to a linear progression of time, and thinks he wishes to explore the earth and seek its thoughts. He is the embodiment of man vs world, and thus must accept that change is stability.

That which can be conceived of is not Truth.

Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the law.

When the "I"admits it knows nothing, Hadit Knows Nuit.

As nothing is everything, and Hadit is everywhere the center.

12. Because of me in Thee which thou knewest not.
13. for why? Because thou wast the knower, and me.

Love is the law, love under will.

Karma & the Ethics of Thelema 16/08/2016

From Soror Nihil Obstat. 93s

Karma & the Ethics of Thelema “There are no ‘standards of Right’. Ethics is balderdash. Each Star must go on its own orbit. To hell with ‘moral principle’; there is no such thing.”

Inner Alchemy Meditation to Harmonize Heaven and Earth.

"0. Learn first - Oh thou who aspirest unto our ancient Order! - that Equilibrium is the basis of the Work. If thou thyself hast not a sure foundation*, whereon wilt thou stand to direct the forces of Nature?" Liber # # #.

This exercise can be adapted to one's performance of the Qabalistic Cross, used as a meditation on its own, or as a way to begin asana. The names of the points in the summarized steps have been converted for practitioners more familiar with chakras and sephirot. This exercise takes less time with more practice, and can be personally utilized to gauge which element to invoke or banish (or all elements using the GRP). Yin energy that feels cold, heavy and dry is earth and yin that feels cold, lighter and wet is water. Yang energy that feels hot and dry is fire, and yang that feels hot, light, and moist is air.

"The mind is Yang and therefore this energy tends to rise up to the head. The body is Yin and this energy tends to descend into the feet. "

Summarized steps:

1. Slow down your breathing.

2. Focus on the Svadhisthana chakra (sphere of Yesod* in Adam Kadmon) by visualizing complete darkness, as if you were at the bottom of the sea.

3. Sink down into the darkness, as if you are being pulled down by your feet all the way to the center of the earth.

4. Connect with the earth. When you feel like you've hit the bottom, inhale up the dark, slow energy of the earth into the soles of your feet. Exhale back the energy down into the darkness below your feet. Repeat this several times.

5. Bring the Yin into your legs by continuing to inhale up and exhale down.

6. Bring the Yin into the Svadhisthana up through the inside of your legs, inner thighs, ge****ls, to this point. Exhale back down to the darkness below. Repeat until your whole lower body feels heavy and dense.

7. Connect your Anhata (sphere of Tiphareth) and Manipura (Hod and Netzach). Inhale up through the midline of your lower abdomen all the way up to the center of your chest. Exhale the Yin from your chest through to the point in the center of the palms. Exhale out through palms and back down to below your feet.

8. Connecting Heaven and Earth. [Begin Qabalistic Cross - ATEH] Inhale White Light from the Sahasrara chakra (Kether) down the front of your body into your Svadhisthana. Exhale the Yang down your legs through your feet, mixing the light and the dark [MALKUTH].

9. Building your shell. Inhale the mixture of Yin and Yang up from below the feet to Anhata. Exhale the mixture down your arms [VEH GEBURAH - VEH GEDULAH] and out your palms. Continue until your whole body feels protected and balanced.

10. Harmonizing the Front and Back channels, filling the Ajna, Anhata, and Svadhisthana. Inhale up from the feet through the back of the legs, all the way up to the Crown Chakra, feeling both the light and dark energy together. Exhale down to Ajna/Third Eye. Inhale into your Third Eye and exhale down to Anhata/Heart. [LE-OLAM] Inhale into your Anhata and exhale down [AMEN] , letting the energy collect back to Yesod.
