Job Description:

- Ensure Good Relation with Customers by Delivering all clarification and requirements on the agreed Time
- Ensure closure of daily Online/Offline Sales and Reconciliation been done without fail.
- Ensure high level of Interact with other departments
- Keeping account books and systems up to date
- Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded

Requirements:

2+ year of experience as an accountant preferred in Travel and tourism industry
Perfect in English.
BSc/Ba in accounting, finance or relevant field
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. SAP)
Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
Great attention to detail
Willingness to meet deadlines on a consistent basis

Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Job Description

* Manage and Create the content of the company's website, blog content, and all company social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc., in the Arabic language with editorial and photographic content

* Manage various social media accounts, plan and monitor the ongoing marketing campaigns on social media platforms

* Generate, edit, publish and share content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action

* Day-to-day development of editorial content on social media platforms, including posts and discussion.

* Maintain a monthly social media calendar

* Manage the moderators to manage social channels (outside normal business hours for crisis management, customer care, and potential escalations.

* Collaborate with the digital media team in brainstorming, delivering new ideas, new trends, and concepts on social media channels.

* Researches and monitors the activity of company competitors

* Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company's social content.

* Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to clarify articles

* Update the content on our website

* Upload the latest content on social media platforms

* Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and practices

Job Requirements

* 2+ years of experience working as a Content Creator, Content Writer, Content Strategist, or a similar role

* University degree preferred in PR or Media.

* Perfect English & Arabic writing skills.

* Impeccable spelling and grammar

* High comprehension of software like Microsoft Office and Google Docs

* A creative thinker and generate ideas outside the box

* Good presentation skills

* Creative and up to date on social media platforms

* Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research

* Familiarity with keyword placement and other SEO best practices

* Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels

* Good understanding of social media KPIs

* An understanding of formatting articles on the web

* Strong research skills

* Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)

* Excellent time management
