Sawiris at “Think Commercial”: Red Sea Marassi Deal to Boost Growth and Job Creation

Business tycoon Naguib Sawiris praised the government’s signing of the largest Red Sea tourism project in partnership with UAE and Saudi investors, noting it will drive growth, tourism, and job opportunities.

Speaking at the 9th “Think Commercial” roundtable, Sawiris stressed the need to expand hotel and tourism developments amid booming tourist inflows and called for lower interest rates and stable exchange rates to support private sector growth.

في النسخة التاسعة من “ثنك كوميرشال”، كشف م. خالد عباس، رئيس شركة العاصمة الإدارية، أن حجم الاستثمارات في العاصمة الإدارية الجديدة هذا العام بلغ حوالي ٥٠ مليار جنيه.

وأشار إلى أن العاصمة أصبحت مركزًا إداريًا واقتصاديًا متكاملًا، حيث تعمل منها الحكومة منذ عامين، ويُنتظر انتقال البرلمان والبنك المركزي إليها قريبًا.

تم الإعلان عن:
• طرح 30% من أراضي الحي المالي الجديد.
• استثمارات جديدة في البنية التحتية تشمل محطة مياه وصرف صحي.
• انطلاق المرحلة الثانية من المشروع مطلع العام القادم.
• أرباح تتجاوز 35 مليار جنيه هذا العام.

وأكد أن العاصمة بُنيت على مفهوم الاستدامة، باستخدام الطاقة الشمسية، وإعادة استخدام المياه، وتطبيق تقنيات المدن الذكية.
