: Budgets are financial plans that is prepared for the comparison purposes , and the basic accounting rules says that the data are non formal (non official) due to the sensitivity of the data they contain about the company , so budgets will not have one single form for their preparations , dont spend your time trying to find the optimal way to show your budget data but try your best to seek the better way to get the efficient results at the end of the .
: Fact one :There is a great difference between and , people use both as a common expression but we have to include that the budget is "the quantitative expression of forecasts in the form of reports" while budgeting is "the process of planning and the preparation of the budget itself" , so you have to think twice of the expression before solving the question
