We are looking for Senior Mobile Frontend Engineers to participate in the design, development and maintenance of our mobile frontends in a flat, Agile environment. This is a rare greenfield opportunity for technical geeks to build cutting edge high-visibility solutions using latest and greatest tech stacks.

Responsibilities
- Design and build great mobile frontends that consume REST APIs
- Participate great quality code
- Participate in technical decision making with senior leadership and team, and team members
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the apps
- Respect and enforce coding standards and best practices to maintain zero technical debt and 100% test coverage
- Collaborate with a cross-functioning and self-organizing team to design and ship apps iteratively in an Agile environment
- Follow the patterns of Test Driven Development and continuous delivery
- Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in cloud-native solutions
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Qualifications And Experience
- University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar
- 3+ years of experience developing mobile apps, with at least one year experience developing in Flutter
- Created 1 or more applications available in app stores using Flutter
- Proficient in Dart/Flutter, with strong object-oriented design and programming skills
- Working experience consuming REST APIs
- Working experience with Unit Testing and integration testing of mobile frontends
- Familiarity with continuous integration, continuous delivery and devops
- Familiarity with Swagger/OpenAPI
- Familiarity with GitHub and GitFlow
- Knowledge of Agile methods and Agile technical practices
- Experience with Android SDK and iOS SDK is a great plus

Job Duties:
Plan, design, develop, debug, implement and support web-based software applications and services
Modify existing software to add new features, correct errors, allow it to function in new operating environments, or improve performance
Comply with project coding standards and industry best practices
Work on a shared code-base, in a team environment, cooperating with co-located and remote team members
Improve software quality by conducting systems analysis, and recommending changes in policies and procedures
Produce detailed software design and specifications
Participate in planning for software development projects, and ensure projects are concluded according to the planned delivery dates
Represent the team in collaborations with partners and clients as needed
Qualifications:
3-6 years of software development experience
Experience with PHP and PHP frameworks is highly preferred.
Excellent understanding of software engineering and design concepts
Excellent problem solving and research skills
Excellent understanding of the full web stack
Excellent knowledge of algorithms and data structures
Excellent understanding of structured database design concepts and practices
Strong understanding of HTML/JS/CSS concepts
Strong debugging and tracing skills
Experience in using MySQL engine and advanced features
Experience in writing complex SQL queries
Experience in working with git code versioning
Experience in web application optimization techniques
Experience in API development
Basic understanding of Linux administration and DevOps principles
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
Self motivated and driven to improve
Experience in software solution and architecture design is a plus
Experience in building micro-services is a plus
Experience in building on top of AWS stack is a plus
Experience in Messaging protocols is a plus

- Develop, record and maintain cutting edge web-based PHP applications on portal plus premium service platforms
- Build innovative, state-of-the-art applications and collaborate with the User Experience (UX) team
- Ensure HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript is valid and consistent across applications
- Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools
- Utilize backend data services and contribute to increase existing data services API
- Lead the entire web application development life cycle right from concept stage to delivery and post launch support
- Convey effectively with all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, schedules along with technical and process issues
- Document the development process, architecture, and standard components
- Coordinate with co-developers and keeps project manager well informed of the status of development effort and serves as liaison between development staff and project manager
- Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in web development

Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
Portfolio of design projects

- Define the product strategy and roadmap
- Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
- Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
- Be an expert with respect to the competition
- Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
- Perform product demos to customers
- Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals
- Deliver a monthly revenue forecast
- Develop sales tools and collateral
Propose an overall budget to ensure success
- Brief and train the sales force at quarterly sales meetings
- Brief press and analysts and go on press tours
- Act as a leader within the company
