Technical Manager / Engineer
Location: Cairo, Egypt | Department: Product Development

Are you a visionary who can turn business problems into cutting-edge technical solutions?

On Behalf of our clients is looking for a Technical Product Manager / Functional Engineer to own our product lifecycle from concept to launch. You’ll be the critical link between customer needs, business strategy, and the engineering team.

What You'll Do?
- Product Vision: Define product strategy, create the Product Roadmap, and set clear priorities.
- The Bridge: Translate deep market and customer insights into Functional
- Requirements Documents (FRDs), Use Cases, and clear technical specifications.
- Design & Execute: Work closely with Developers, UX/UI, and QA to design robust Web, Mobile, and Cloud solutions and drive the successful, on-time delivery of product releases.
- Own the Outcome: Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and champion continuous, iterative improvement.
What You'll Bring ?
- Core Skills & Experience:
4-8 years in Product Management, System Analysis, or Solution Engineering.
Strong background working with SaaS or System Integration environments.
Proven ability to translate business goals into clear technical specifications.
Expertise in Agile/Scrum tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
Solid technical understanding of Cloud-based solutions and APIs.
A Product Mindset—focused on growth, value, and long-term vision, not just projects.
Excellent communication in both Arabic and English.
Education:
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT Management, or a related technical field.
Bonus Points (A Major Plus):
Experience building SaaS, ERP, or CRM solutions.
Familiarity with AI integration and concepts.
Professional certification like PSPO/CSPO or CBAP.
