We had the pleasure of delivering an engaging 1-day Hotel Business Simulation Workshop for the ambitious leaders at EGIC - Egyptian German Industrial Corporate , focused on strengthening strategic thinking and business decision-making.

Powered by the Business Hotel Simulation from Northgate Training Activities , this experiential session placed participants in the role of running a hotel challenged to make decisions in a competitive market.

Throughout the simulation, participants navigated:

* Strategic decision making

* Long-term vs short-term goal setting

* SWOT-based decision-making under pressure

* Business and functional strategy alignment

* Strategy ex*****on and performance monitoring

Through hands-on gameplay and collaborative analysis, EGIC’s leaders experienced the real-world pressure of making strategic decisions sharpening their business acumen and planning capabilities.
