KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Manage the operational and fiscal activities of the Maintenance department to include: staffing levels, budgets, and financial goals
• Involved in all stages of manufacturing, equipment development incorporates efficient methods of maintaining new equipment or plant, installation and commissioning process.
• Improves the useful life of plant, equipment and machinery. (Pharmaceutical machines)

QUALIFICATIONS:
 Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Engineering subject.
 +12 years of actual operations experience with solid background and strong working knowledge across Maintenance functions.
 MBA degree or any equivalent degree will be big plus.
