Job Title: Interior Designer

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in 3D modeling, working drawings, and bill of quantities (BOQ). The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various interior spaces, including residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. The successful candidate will collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure that design specifications are met, and projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and functional design concepts for various interior projects.
- Prepare 3D models and visualizations of the proposed designs.
- Develop working drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections.
- Prepare detailed specifications, schedules, and BOQs.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure that design specifications are met.
- Provide recommendations on materials, finishes, and furnishings.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure that construction is in line with the design specifications.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that they are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in interior design.
- Proficient in 3D modeling software, such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or similar software for creating working drawings.
- Knowledge of bill of quantities (BOQ) preparation and analysis.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus.
