Contracts Simplified

The aim of this page is to simplify contractual matters, acting as a platform for disseminating academic knowledge and practical experience related to the fields of Contract Management and Contract Law. I hold a Bachelor of Construction Engineering from the American University in Cairo with a Minor in Business Administration, and I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Law from Cairo University. I have focused throughout my career on contractual aspects and I have reached a conclusion that understanding contracts cannot be professionally accomplished without infusing your experience with some dense legal knowledge. The aim of this page is to share and discuss contractual oriented topics from a legal perspective, taking into consideration the sophisticated aspects of Contract Law from an Egyptian Civil Law background.
