About the Role:
We are seeking highly skilled and results-driven Project-Based Business Consultants to support in managing and delivering consulting assignments across multiple sectors. The role is ideal for professionals with strong background in either of the following areas: Strategic Planning, Finance, Commercial, Operations Management and Supply Chain, with proven records of delivering impact in both private and public sector in the following sectors: Fashion Retail, Banking and Financial Services, Hospitality, Oil & Gas, FMCG and Pharmaceuticals.

- Fluent in English and Arabic.

Learning and Development Consultant

Job Description:

The key to our success is largely dependent on the stellar ability of our technical team. We’re currently searching for an experienced Learning and Development Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an excellent business acumen and a proven ability to diagnose customer development

Objectives of this Role:
- Strategize, design, and develop training programs that helps to achieve organizational objectives
- Develop training assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
- Maintain material standards of quality, and people engagement.
- Manage customer relationship to ensure effective implementation and highest customer satisfaction.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with clients to diagnose workplace performance gaps and evaluate learning opportunities
- Write training proposals and negotiate different terms with customer to reach agreement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop, training material, required resources, and delivery plan for new programs
- Manage the process of trainers’ orientation and handover for new training programs and set process for trainers’ evaluation.
- Analyze business trends and develop training materials which covers future business needs.
- Develop interactive training tools and gamified programs.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- 7+ years in training or performance development role (preference given to those with instructional design experience)
- Experience linking between performance gaps and learning solutions
- Exceptional technical writing and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of digital training
- Outstanding working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in business administration or related field
- Previous stakeholder management skills
- Basic knowledge of graphic and animation design software
- Proven proposal writing experience

"Business Development Specialist"
Cortex International is seeking a qualified business development specialist to promote its products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at digital, and social media marketing, generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.
We’re seeking a quick learner who has strong listening and negotiating skills as well as an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. The business development specialist must be both approachable and professional to help us extend our reach and impact.

Objectives of this role:
· Represent the company with a comprehensive understanding of its offerings.
· Generate leads by building effective content marketing and mail campaigns.
· Maximize sales performance by establishing strong client relationships.
· Adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field.
· Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales and activity quotas.

Responsibilities:
· Plans and executes content marketing that aligns with the business goals and brand identity of the organization.
· Generate leads and grow existing relationships by maintaining an accurate, detailed client book and developing an active, repeat customer base.
· Make cold calls or perform warm outreach, using outside-the-box thinking to develop new and unique sales tactics.

We are looking for an HR Specialist to work on a project basis for a duration of six to 12 months. The job holder must have previous experience in developing job descriptions, conducting job analysis, and writing Arabic reports. He/she will be responsible for reviewing and correcting documents, in accordance with the rules of Arabic language and the required writing style. He/she will also collaborate with the technical team to ensure the quality and consistency of the outputs.
