Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports. Responsibilities also include analyzing trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses. Reports organization's finances to management and offer suggestions about resource utilization, tax strategies, and assumptions underlying budget forecasts.

• Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information

تنفيذ عمليات الصيانة وفقاً لخطط العمل الموضوعة والحرص على إتمامها في الأوقات المحددة، الحرص على تطبيق إجراءات ومعايير الصحة والسلامة المتبعة في الشركة والتأكد من سلامة الأدوات والمعدات، بالإضافة إلى توفير الدعم الفني اللازم عند الحاجة.

المسؤوليات والمهام

1.إدارة وتوكيد الجودة
امتلاك المعرفة الأساسية بأساليب وممارسات إدارة وضمان الجودة والمقدرة على تطبيقها بفعالية ضمن نطاق العمل
2.تحليل ومعالجة المشاكل
المقدرة على إجراء التحليلات اللازمة وتحديد المسببات الرئيسية للمشاكل البسيطة والمتوسطة ومعالجتها بنجاح
3.تخطيط وتنظيم خدمات الصيانة
إمتلاك المعرفة بكافة سياسات وإجراءات تقديم خدمات الصيانة في الشركة بكفاءة، بالإضافة إلى إمتلاك المعرفة بمتطلبات الصيانة المختلفة لمنتجات وأصناف الشركة وتعليمات المصنّع بهذا الصدد
4.صيانة الأجهزة الكهربائية
امتلاك المعرفة الشاملة بالمواصفات الفنية لمنتجات الشركة من الأجهزة المنزلية وتعليمات المصنِّع فيما يخص الأجهزة الكهربائية وصيانتها والالتزام بها دوماً عند تنفيذ عمليات الصيانة.
5.المهارات الحاسوبية
المقدرة على تأدية المهام الأساسية باستخدام مختلف التطبيقات/ البرامج المكتبية (MS Word, Excel and Power Point) لإدخال البيانات وتحريرها....إلخ، إضافة إلى امتلاك المعرفة بأساسيات استخدام تطبيقات الشبكة الإلكترونية (الإنترنت) مثل إرسال واستقبال الرسائل الإلكترونية.
