Job Offer: ABA Therapist Position at Simplify Center for Behavioral Services
Simplify Center for Behavioral Services is currently seeking candidates for a full-time ABA Therapist position. This role involves working with young children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, & language delay and implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies under the guidance and supervision of a BCBA.
Job Description:
Conduct ABA therapy sessions with children diagnosed with ASD and/or ADHD, both individually and in group settings.
Assist in conducting ABA assessments.
Draft monthly protocols under the supervision of the BCBA.
Generate data graphs using Excel.
Prepare work materials, including printing and laminating materials required for sessions.
Participate in meetings as needed.
Requirements:
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
1–2 years of ABA experience is preferred and will be prioritized during the hiring process. Experience should be under the supervision of an experienced BCBA. Recent psychology graduates will also be considered, with training provided.
RBT, IBT, or ABAT certification is not mandatory but may be considered an advantage depending on the candidate’s skills.

At Simplify, we always create meaningful and fun experiences for our learners—because this is what ABA is all about: teaching valuable skills through engaging activities.
The Simplify team, together with Rawan, prepared a wonderful bracelet-making activity where learners created bracelets with their own names. We were happy to see both boys and girls proudly making their bracelets.
Through this fun activity, we targeted requesting, fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, concentration, social skills, conversation, reading, and more.
Yesterday, our CEO, Ms. Radwa Eltanab, delivered an inspiring webinar to employees of British International Investment(BII) from their Egypt office in New Cairo.
BII is the UK’s development finance institution and impact investor, wholly owned by the UK Government, with a mission to support private sector growth across Africa, Asia, and the Caribbean.
BII showed great interest in Ms. Radwa’s journey and her work in autism and behavior analysis. The session focused on creating inclusive workplaces, increasing autism awareness, and supporting colleagues with caregiving responsibilities.
The webinar brought together employees from BII offices worldwide, including London, Mumbai, Bangalore, Johannesburg, Karachi, Nairobi, Lagos, Cairo, Singapore, Nepal, and Ghana—reflecting a shared commitment to inclusion, empathy, and meaningful impact.
As our Simplify families know, we never let a special occasion pass without creating meaningful, engaging, and joyful learning experiences for our learners.
