Getting ready for school week is here !
START these 3 tips NOW to make the transition to school easier !
1. Start re-introducing a routine back into your children's lives. For example, have them start sleeping a little earlier and waking up a little earlier.
2. Start talking to them about school. For those returning to school, try getting them excited about all the new activities they can look forward to this year in school.
For children who are just starting school, start talking to them about what to expect on their first day of school.
3. Get the stuff you need for school now so that you are not overwhelmed at the start of the school year. Remember that if you get overwhelmed, your children will also become anxious.
📣 We will also be releasing our yearly social story " A Whole Big and New World", for children who are just starting school for the first time!

4 tips to get your child to listen.
1. Avoid giving your child instructions in a distracting environment.
2. Make sure your child is paying attention to you. Make eye contact with them and then give them the instruction.
3. Find out the type of learner your child is and the best way they retain information. Use that strategy to give your child instructions.
4. Give your child a heads up and a chance to process the instruction.

Dear mom and dad, it is very important that the home environment which your child is raised in is healthy. If you raise your child in a toxic home environment, they will grow up to be unhealthy. You have to make sure that your home environment is mosyly stable, positive, loving and accepting.
Dear mom and dad,
Remember that when you criticize your child they don't stop loving you, they stop loving themselves. So watch what you say to your children as your outer voice can become their inner one for life!
Huge thanks to the star Nazly Abdou, her mom and Hafsah Elsharnouby for their support in creating this reel with us to help raise awareness on how to raise your child in a positive manner! ❤️
