Role Description
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the management team. • Manage schedules, calendars.
• Travel arrangements for executives.
• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as needed.
• Coordinate meetings, take meeting minutes, and distribute information to attendees.
• Order office supplies and manage inventory.
