Job Description :
· Implement, Prepare & Track the Project Plan. Organizing and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion.
· Planning and overseeing the preparation and dissemination of project communications to all stakeholders.
· Main Coordinator to all the Project Preparation and Technical Activates.
· Follow up with NMEG key users and dealers for the assigned individual responsibilities.
· Identify risks early, perform a risk analysis, and plan risk mitigation strategies.
· Conducting all necessary meetings with all stakeholders to conclude the tasks & requirements.
· Should be able to understand, define and document the scope.
· Ensure and Consolidate all project documents.
· Vendors Management
· Get connected with all vendors to provide integration Support during the development phase.
· Procurement management: Take action on securing necessary procurements.
· Ensure required master data and other relevant information, Guidelines, printing docs, Infra details to be collected and shared with the development team
· Validate and consolidate the required data collection sheets required for the Go-Live
· Coordinate with business teams & Dealers users to get the timely sign-off of all Phases.
· Follow up day to day project progress
· Track Key users on the project pending tasks
· Should be able to report any scope change and route the same through a change management board
· Focal contact with all Dealers Technical Team
· Give Guidance and Expert in applying the procedure and process
