We’re looking for an experienced ERP Application Support (HRM) to support our continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Resolve issues related to the ERP's HRM module, such as user access, data discrepancies, or report generation.
2. Guide employees and HR staff on how to use the HRM functionalities of the ERP system effectively.
3. Conduct routine updates, perform data backups, and ensure the HRM module is running optimally within the broader ERP infrastructure.
4. Work with other departments to ensure the HRM module integrates seamlessly with other ERP modules like finance, supply chain, and inventory management.
5. Maintain clear records of issues, resolutions, and system configurations.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.
2. 2–4 years of experience in ERP/HR systems support (experience with Menaitech is highly preferred).
3. Solid understanding of HR processes (payroll, personnel, recruitment, training, performance).
4. Strong understanding of distribution/FMCG industry processes.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
-Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
-Implement ETL processes to extract data from various sources into the data warehouse.
-Utilize SQL, SSAS, and SSRS for data manipulation and reporting tasks.
-Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights that drive strategic decisions.
-Ensure data integrity and optimize performance of BI solutions.
-Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
-Provide support and training to end-users on BI tools and reports.

Job Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
-2-4 years of experience in data analytics (FMCG is preferred)
-Manage recurring data processes using SQL and (Python is a plus)
-Proven experience in business intelligence development, including proficiency in Power BI
knowledge of SQL, SSAS and SSRS.
-Experience in data warehousing concepts and ETL techniques.
knowledge of Advanced Excel.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
