Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed shop drawings for HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems.
• Develop coordination drawings to ensure seamless integration between disciplines.
• Review drawings to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with project specifications.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and other disciplines to resolve technical clashes and optimize system layouts.

EMCO is thrilled to have completed the full MEP works and infrastructure networks for Aura Apartments at Cairo Festival City Mall, delivering a reliable and efficient engineering package for Al-Futtaim Real Estate Development. Executed in collaboration with CRC and overseen by ACE (Moharram–Bakhoum), the project integrates a 2,000-ton cooling capacity and a 6 MVA load capacity, reflecting our commitment to excellence and precision across every stage of delivery.

EMCO engineered executed advanced MEP systems at Capital Business Park in El Sheikh Zayed, creating a robust and efficient infrastructure for Dorra Development. In collaboration with CRC and under the consultancy of Khateeb & Alami, the project combines a cooling capacity of 300 tons with a 22 MVA load capacity, showcasing our expertise in designing solutions that meet the demands of modern business environments.
