الرسول ﷺ ما هاجرش لوحده، كان معاه أقرب الناس لقلبه الصحابي أبو بكر الصدّيق (رضي الله عنه) اللي كان جنبه في كل الأوقات، ولما الدنيا شدت عليهم شوية، قاله الرسول ﷺ: “لا تحزن إن الله معنا” 🕊️

الهجرة ما كانتش بس سفر…
دي كانت خروج للنور، هجرة من الخوف للأمان، ومن الوحدة للونس 🕌

في زحمة الحياة، محتاجين نختار صحبة تحبنا بجد و تقوينا لما نضعف و تقربنا من ربنا، وتشدنا للطريق الصح… كل سنة و انتم طيبين🍃

الاسبوع اللي فات كان عندي group coaching session مع مجموعة جميلة من المدرسات في فلوكة على النيل و كنا بنتكلم عن التقدير الذاتي و ازاي نحب نفسنا و ندي لنفسنا شوية حقوق زي ما بندي لغيرنا.

لما سمعت وجهة نظر كل مدرسة و بدأت أربط كلامهم بالموضوع لقيت ان كل لما بنشوف و نسمع بعض اكتر، كل لما بنقرب من بعض و بنلاقي حاجات كتير مشتركة بينا بتخلينا نشوف بطريقة أحسن و نحب و نتحب بصورة أفضل.

أنا شخصيا بحب القراءة و الشيكولاتة و القهوة و التأمل و الاستمتاع بالطبيعة و حاجات كتيييير 🤗. لو سألتكم بتحبوا نفسكوا ازاي، تقولوا ايه؟!🤔
