If you're a fan of pour-over coffee, you’ve probably tried the V60 method. It’s one of the best ways to get a clean, flavorful cup, but sometimes things go wrong. Here's a guide to help you avoid common V60 brewing mistakes! 👌

Wrong Coffee Grind Size 🌀
The grind size is crucial! If it’s too fine, your coffee will be over-extracted and bitter. If it’s too coarse, your coffee will be weak and under-extracted. For V60, aim for a medium to medium-coarse grind for the best flavor balance. 🌱

Not Using the Right Water Temperature 🌡️
Water that’s too hot or too cold can mess up your brew. The ideal temperature is between 90°C to 96°C (195°F to 205°F). Too hot can burn the coffee, and too cold can lead to under-extraction. 🔥❄️
