SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
•Good knowledge of test cases writing and ex*****on
•Verify that the product functionality according to the user’s requirement
•Reports test results on a regular basis and in a clear format using Management system (EX: Jira, TFS, Bit bucket,...)
•Good knowledge of Mobile/Web application testing
•Aware of the different type of testing; understands customer needs, anticipates how the customer will use the system and suggests enhancements accordingly
•Participate in reviews of Requirements specification
•Able to meet deadlines
•Certified ISTQB and Agile is a plus

SOFT SKILLS
•Mastering English language, both written and spoken
•Detail-oriented
•Ability to understand business requirements
•Excellent communication and presentation skills
•Self-motivated and able to work independently
•Team player
•Willing to learn.

Title: System Administrator (Code:SA- 107)

Key Responsibilities:
Systems Administration:
Provide professional-level administration for Linux and Windows servers, ensuring uptime and optimizing performance.

Technical Support and Infrastructure Maintenance:
Provide technical support for internal PCs, networks, and IT infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime and prompt issue resolution.
Perform routine maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting on computers, peripherals, network devices, and internal systems.
Respond to help desk requests, provide timely support, and maintain hardware and software inventory.

Virtualization:
Deploy and manage virtual environments, leveraging tools like VMware or Hyper-V.

Network and Security Management:
Configure, monitor, and secure network configurations, including IP configurations, VPNs, firewalls, and encryption standards like SSL/TLS.
Implement security practices such Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies.

Key Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:
3+ years in Systems Administration (Linux/Windows).
Hands-on experience with AWS (or other cloud providers such as Azure or Google Cloud).
Experience in database management, network security, and hybrid multi-cloud environments.

Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Adaptability and willingness to learn and implement new technologies.
