Meet Marek Lepik, one of our full-stack developers.

His interest in technology started early: taking toys apart to see what was inside, then later creating a Minecraft server for friends at 14.

Today, Marek works across different systems, stacks, and technical challenges.

He enjoys building things people actually use, solving complex problems, and learning new tools by trying them out in real projects.

We’re thrilled to announce our collaboration with Visit Greece. 🇬🇷

Alright, not yet. But after a week in Greece, we’re seriously considering it.

At Car Rental Gateway, we have a tradition: at our annual winter party, we raffle off a one-week trip to a selected destination for four lucky people.

Since last year’s winter party theme was the Olympics, it made perfect sense to send our colleagues to Greece.

They said it was fun and that the country is beautiful. We believe them.

Breaking news: Car Rental Gateway has a new mascot.

Or should we say… six of them?

This year’s annual Spring Hike took us near Lake Võrtsjärv, Estonia’s second-largest lake.

We got lucky with the weather and had one goal in mind: to connect almost every task, game and activity with one of our core values: teamwork.

A legendary egg race also took place, giving us a small but important reminder: slow and steady really does win the race.

To top it off, we visited the Lake Museum. Now we can’t wait to go fishing. 🎣

What keeps a developer interested over time?

For Timo Otsing, it’s not one single tool or one narrow area of work. It’s the mix of backend logic, system depth, problem-solving, and the fact that understanding takes time.

As Timo puts it: “You deal with many different things here, so you have to keep developing all the time.”

That mindset comes through clearly in his story, from graduating from to finding a role where the work stays engaging.

Our Q2 Strategy Day was about looking at where we are, what we achieved in Q1, and what matters most next.

Shrove Tuesday was too epic to be true.

Definitely obsessed with costumes, aren’t we? And events too, especially when there’s a chance to make a big thing out of them.

P.S. Wanted to add a pic of Shrove Tuesday’s traditional bun (semla) as well, but we’ve already destroyed 120+ buns today, so there isn’t much left to photograph.

Get busy giving.

Today, the University of Tartu Blood Centre visited our office for the first time, and the response was heartwarming. So many colleagues showed up to help by donating blood.

In total, we donated ~9,000 ml, with about one-third of our company taking part.

Huge thanks to everyone who donated, and to for making the day run so smoothly!

PS: The pancakes are a must-have on a day like this, especially when they’re this delicious. 🥞
