Next week we’ll be joining the University of Tartu Institute of Computer Science for a Data Science Webinar about the Explainability and Governance of Artificial Intelligence.

👉 Our very own Luca Traverso (Data Science Lead) and Rain Vagel (Data Scientist) will join Meelis Kull (Associate Professor in Machine Learning) and Radwa El Shawi (Associate Professor of Big Data) on Tuesday, 8th of February at 5pm to discuss the explainability and transparency of AI as well as the requirements and challenges of building a robust machine learning system.

The webinar will be held in English 🇬🇧 and open for everybody interested in knowing more about the topic!

Amazing to see how them all brought to life an idea that was basically born yesterday, truly impressive! Specially having everybody working in remote teams and being the first time they e-meet each other - I take of my hat here 😮🙇‍♀️

We’re re-grouping with our (awesome 💙) mentors and the members of the jury for the final deliberation now. Soon we'll announce this year winners 🚀

In regards of Estonian Government latest decisions and restrictions in place from Monday 25th of October, please keep in mind that when registering for Wise Hackathon 2021, we’ll no longer be able to accept participants just holding a negative PCR.

We'll be able to accept a certification of coronavirus vaccination, or of recovery from the coronavirus. In addition to that, we'll require attendees to come with face masks to the venue to get a rapid test on-site.

We want to make this event both fun and safe. Therefore, we'll be taking all measures in our hand to make this possible for our attendees. Rest assured, more specific instructions and/or updates, will be immediately shared with the attendees as the event approaches.
