Back then I still wore sleeves, pants and shoes.

It such a pleasure to lead 40 of them here for through a fun ta***ic practice with my ni***es out.

Unfortunately, we didn’t have the time or space to all get naked and face of our insecurities of being seen in our birthday suits, but that’ll have to wait 2 weeks until we get some of these beautiful humans at our 4 day retreat in the jungle of SacBe for some ge***al worshiping.

Me. Me. ME! We’ve grown into a 'me' society, everything is about us, what we can do, who we are, why we are special.

I have suffered from the same. What can I get, what can I create myself, how can I become praised? I spent my whole life trying to do everything myself. Growing my first successful business by myself rejecting all partnerships, keeping relationships at a distance, recycling through friends, trying to create my second business by myself.

The thing is, humanity has excelled because we rely on each other. We were able to thrive functioning in tribes, passing down experiences that allow future generations to grow on past generations. Humanity is the most successful species on the planet because we are a ‘we’ species.

Recently I’ve discovered this obvious lesson, life is all about we, life is about giving, life is about helping each other. New questions I ask myself, who can I build with, who can I spent time with, who can I love more, who can I add value too. This is the meaning of life, not how much money I can make, but how much good we can do, together to further the human race and have fun doing it!

For an hour and a half we laughed the day after he got surgery in his jaw. He’s probably the only person in the world capable of doing that. Meet Nick Harbaugh, cousin of superbowl winning coach John Harbaugh and legendary coach Jim Harbaugh. What makes him so inspiring? One commitment. His commitment to positivity. He would rather die than let a negative comment slip. Even the day after jaw surgery, Nick was laughing up a storm. He’s that commited to seeing the best in life and that’s how we all should be, can be. The thing about changes like is they sound difficult, but they can actually happen in an instant. Most of you that read this post won’t do it, but one person who reads this post will and their life will forever be changed for the better. So who’s willing to be that person, to say this is my new life? I don’t care how much negativity may give me pleasure, it’s over, from this day forward I commit to a life of seeing the best in every single situation, no matter what! There will be bumps, but it’s okay, it’s part of the process. Once you commit, and know it deep down in your being that you’re committed, those bumps are just bumps, you’re mindblowing future has already been written. The only way to tell if it was daytime or night was by how many people were outside, it was always dark. Maybe you’ve never heard of Estonia. I hadn’t, not until I was invited to this tiny country by a very special human, Lakiani.

Going in I thought ugh we have to go to this tiny country, far out of the way of my life where the people are as cold as the artic weather. No sun, no nothing. However, when Vishen promises it to be a magical place, you fly your ass half way around the world and give it a chance.

And magic it was. The city was built in the 1400s and yet has more startups per capita than any city in the world, recently passing Tel Aviv. It was like living in the past and the future simultaneously.

Many times I get anxious about giving my time even when a part of me is urging myself to go. I’ve learned that whenever this happens, the more I desire to fight the urge, the higher the value I end up receiving. I’ve learned that I, we, are guided. When our heart tells us we need to be somewhere, it’s time to go, because we are being guided to where we need to be.
