Fox Den’s 15th-century cellar welcomes pianist, composer, and music educator Tarmo Sillaots. With over 40 years of artistry and 2,200 performances worldwide, his music flows across genres, weaving elegance and intimacy into every note.
Set beneath the historic stone arches, let refined piano melodies blend with fine wine in an atmosphere both timeless and intimate.

Inglenook, founded in 1879 by Finnish sea captain Gustave Niebaum, is one of Napa Valley’s oldest wineries. By the early 1900s, its wines were already winning international awards for their quality. In 1975, filmmaker Francis Ford Coppola purchased the estate and began restoring it to its 19th-century vision.

Nearly 150 years later, Inglenook remains a benchmark of Napa Valley, producing exclusively estate-grown wines that embody heritage and craftsmanship.

With over four decades of artistry and nearly 2,200 performances across more than 20 countries, he has collaborated with Estonia’s most cherished voices, including Tõnis Mägi, Kaire Vilgats, Ewert Sundja, and Siim Aimla.

Produced exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes and made using the traditional method, this grower-produced Brut shows the structural depth and refined character typical of its style. Secondary fermentation in the bottle contributes to its fine bubbles and layered complexity. 🍷

At Fox Den, wines are presented for their heritage: family vineyards, techniques perfected over centuries, and the traditions of French craftsmanship.
