H.E. President Alar Karis is representing Estonia this week at the India AI Impact Summit 2026 (INDIAai) in New Delhi, with AI and education as our flagship theme. Together with UNICEF, Estonia is co-hosting the high-level side event "𝗔𝗜 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁" - bringing together policymakers and experts from Estonia, Finland, Kenya, and France.

The focus: how to turn AI innovation into measurable learning outcomes, showcasing national experiences like Estonia's AI Leap as a model for the world.

Next week, on February 24th, Estonia celebrates Independence Day. What a wonderful way to celebrate - this small but extraordinary nation shaping global AI policy at the highest level.

H.E. President Alar Karis esindab Eestit sel nädalal Indias AI Impact Summit 2026-l, kus meie lipulaevteemaks on AI ja haridus. Välisministeerium ja UNICEF kaaskorraldavad Indias kõrgetasemelise ürituse „AI and Education: From Innovation to Impact", mis toob kokku poliitikakujundajad ja eksperdid Eestist, Soomest, Keeniast ja Prantsusmaalt.

Fookusesse on toodud tehisintellekti innovatsiooni muutmine mõõdetavateks õpitulemusteks tuues esile Eesti TI Hüpe eeskuju kogu maailmale.

Järgmisel nädalal, 24. veebruaril, tähistame Eestis iseseisvuspäeva. Milline uhke viis tähistada, kujundades globaalset AI-poliitikat kõige kõrgemal tasemel.

Day 2 at the World AI Cannes Festival was full of energy, insights, and meaningful connections!

Visitors at the booth had the chance to explore the seamless integrations Digiotouch AI provides alongside its core features.

They also shared feedback on additional integrations they would like to see to make their work easier and boost productivity.

The demos highlighted how our solution can support teams across different environments—corporate, educational, or startup—making it relevant for everyone.

A highlight of the day was meeting the e-Residency 𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, exchanging ideas on digital innovation and exploring opportunities for international collaboration.

Digiotouch AI and Berner Fachhochschule | Haute école spécialisée bernoise took a major step forward in integrating NTNU - Norges teknisk-naturvitenskapelige universitet's technology into the BIAS demonstrator! 💡

Over two days of workshops with the NTNU team, we dived deep into the future of fair and inclusive hiring, focusing on how to integrate BIAS software into key stages of the selection and interview process.

On Day 1, we explored critical points in the hiring pipeline, such as ensuring fairness in recruitment and identifying the best solutions for both recruiters and job seekers.

On Day 2, discussions shifted to NTNU’s technology transfer policies, with valuable insights from PhD students like Shan Wang and Silvia Ecclesia on current HR trends and end-to-end workflows.

These workshops are a key part of our commitment to more ethical, transparent, and efficient hiring practices.

𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝗔𝗜 𝗶𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗻🇪🇪

On October 6, the Digiotouch AI team had the pleasure of hosting the 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆-𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 in Tallinn as part of the BIAS Project.

We brought together HR professionals, Trade union representatives, and NGO members 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗜 𝗶𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁.

During this interactive session, participants engaged with 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹-𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗲𝘀 and took part in 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀-𝗼𝗻 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲𝘀, learning how to effectively 𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗷𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 while navigating both the 𝗚𝗗𝗣𝗥 and the 𝗔𝗜 𝗔𝗰𝘁.
