Makino Asia (Singapore) have reduced their warehouse staff from a team of 9 to a team of 3 after implementing mpx Batch and 16 Hanel Storage Units.

Picking accuracy has also improved from less than 50% to as close to 100% as humanly possible, and on-time performance has also jumped to close to 90%.

Initially Makino where using mpx Batch to consolidate 28 orders into a single pick, but after the first twelve months proved so hugely successful, mpx Batch was reconfigure to consolidate 100 orders into a single pick, which should see even more improvements into 2014.
