What’s a typical day like for you at the agency?
There is no typical day at the agency. Yes, we all come to the office every morning and have a coffee, but what happens next is always a surprise. That’s exactly why I love the job.

If your to-do list was a movie title, what would it be?
Mission: Impossible. But in the end, it's all possible, just like in the movie.

What’s the most random item on your desk right now?
Gold hydrogel eye patches and helmet straps. No comment.

What’s one thing people don’t realize about being an agency assistant?
You’re not just serving coffee to clients. You also support each team member with their clients and projects, take care of team events and birthdays, make sure everything in the office runs smoothly, assist with photoshoots and so much more.

Our designers dropped some fresh poster designs for the Haapsalu Graphic Design Festival! 🎨 This year’s Individuality exhibition is tackling the theme of Changes, so you know we had to bring our A-game.

I basically need to do for work what you do for fun.

What’s your most controversial creative opinion?
Puns rock (come at me purists).

What’s one thing you wish clients understood about the creative process?
Sharper focus beats trying to convey multiple ideas at once.

What’s the key to writing copy that grabs attention instantly?
Think how a tired human with problems would say things.

Well… this time, it actually was. We had the chance to help launch the new brand of Tudengisatelliit - Estonia’s student satellite organization. And yes… launch is the right word. 🚀
