Moncera provides its investors the right to SELL a loan to the Loan Originators at any time by using our One-click Exit function. The money will appear in the account instantly.
Important to note that the Investor will be charged for selling a loan before the maturity date (0,5% of the selling value) and the interest accrued ("the interest calculated between the last payment and the moment of sale") so far will be canceled.

Yes, overdue loans generate the same interest per annum and is counting for all delayed period - till the borrower makes a repayment or till the Loan Originator executes buyback, depending on what happens first.
The buyback will be realized when the borrower delays the current payment for the loan for a period exceeding 30 calendar days. The respective Loan Originator is obliged to immediately buy back their shares at the purchasing price, including accrued interest.
