The Regulation 2020/1503 prepared by the EU Parliament on European crowdfunding service providers shall apply from 10 November 2021 in all EU Member States. The text of the Regulation is already available in The Official Journal of the European Union. The Regulation’s authors insist that it aims to address several issues, namely, crowdfunding investors’ protection and cross-border financing accessibility for the European SMEs.
