Who put you* in charge?

When you run a small business you realize that sometimes you may not like the answer to that question.

There are days when it would be nice to have someone else take the lead. It’s not always easy to make the big decision, face the tough situation, or whip up some clever copy on the spot.

But there are other days.

Days when we’re IRL high-fiving each other and indulging in the pool of self-confidence for being the badass women running this agency.

When you’re in charge, you’ll deal with both. For us, doing it together 👯‍♀️ is the best part (see: high-fives and mutual praise).
