Christmas 🎄 came early, in health and wellness and vitality. The greatest gift 🎁 we can wish for, and more importantly work for, is our health. I’m so grateful for my health, and aware of how I take care of it. I was sick quite a bit when I was younger, and it has been a mission of mine to investigate the insides and the outsides of health and wellness - and now, more than ever there is so many resources to educate ourselves in that. However there’s also so much information. So it take a lot of sieving. And it take a lot of listening to your own bodies intelligence and needs. Begin a meditation practice, and that can begin a gentle and significant dialogue with your bodies needs. At this time of year, let’s us hold and acknowledge our precious bodies for all they are doing for us… heart beating… blood cleaning… sugar processing… muscle growing… eyes seeing the spectacular HD world 🌎 which we live in… hands able to pick up a pencil, a dumbbell, zipping up our coat. So many gifts and blessing are already within us and all around us. Merry-Christmas the f**k out of your masterful body and self. You’ve made it this far 😀🙏🎄💜✨

I had the honor to be invited by the Life President of ‘The Story of Christmas’ - Dame Judi Dench (one of my all time heros) to read an excerpt from A Christmas Carol - The spectacular Charity Carol Service takes place annually in St George’s Chruch Hanover Square and has been happening for decades. Over the course of the night £807,000 was raised for the designated charities helping the homeless and children in significant need - and especially this year a couple of Ukrainian charities too.

It was followed by a wonderful reception at the Mandarin Oriental and all the lovely donors. A warm and kind audience gathered for the live and silent auctions at

Remember those demons are just angels in disguise- helping you awaken your true unlimited self. 🤯
It’s been a challenging week for me. But you know what we dig deep, we sit with ourselves and we learn, we grow and we soar! 🪶🦜🕊️😁🔥

Can you relax and let go of control, and trust, that all your hard work, all your efforts, will be rewarded. If you didn’t take a peak at the result every other moment, and just deeply deeply trust. Trust that you have created the the conditions for the perfection of your life - and that right now is exactly where you need to be. Can you relax into the magnificence of trusting that everything is always working out for you? Even if it seems like it’s not… 💜 (Just a little insight into my advice to myself this morning) 😜 - This time, now more than ever, is the time to trust and know, it’s all working out.

Food. It’s the such a joy of life right? And life is too short to not have as many meals as you can which are or****ic!

Over the last few years I’ve been involved in helping grow, and I was part of implementing a radical change for the restaurant business - making sure that all meat, and dairy options are fully organic. And where ever possible, using produce that is also locally sourced. When organic free range chicken could not be sourced, it was scrapped from the menu. Now, thanks to the demand, and the change in movement, the farms changed, and the responsible sourcing came! All the milk in the coffee is organic. The creams in the cakes. The eggs used in all the dishes. The lamb is too. And the beef.

Eating organic, sustainable and mindfully created and sourced food has become deeply important to me over the years. I was brought up in a family with a lower income but still my mum would be choosing carefully some organic produce where possible educating us kids about the importance of it and why… I’m so grateful for these young lessons, growing up in the countryside and growing some of our own foods. Pumpkins 🎃 especially! And now all these years later I champion it more. I ask what more can we do to tenderly look after our Mother Earth and all the abundance it grows, perfectly naturally, the better? If we choose to eat animals and their products, let us treat them with care and kindness. When we grow vegetables and fruit, let us use less chemicals where possible. These little changes, little adjustments and Supporting that change is fundamental I believe.

It has been a long standing wish for a long time to create an Aussie / New Zealand inspired brunch, and finally it’s ready to enjoy! Weekend Brunch! Now open at Komeet! 10:00-15:00 Saturday and Sunday! It’s Organic and Or****ic.
