𝘘𝘶𝘪𝘵𝘰, 𝘌𝘤𝘶𝘢𝘥𝘰𝘳 (𝟸𝟶𝟷𝟿)

This project explores how architecture, public space and landscape come together in a single mixed-use proposal.
Through sectional design and site planning, the building creates vertical connections and shared green spaces that enhance urban life.

These tools help us define meaningful spatial relationships, optimize circulation, and enhance how people experience the built environment.

In this conceptual study for the Bahía de Caráquez Community Center, we analyzed traffic flow, spatial balance, and structural grids to define how people move, gather, and experience architecture.
