It is that time again, we are celebrating 12 de Abril and I along with several of my friends will be at EXPO CUENCART feria located across the river from Parque de la Madre. Location is Patios del Colegio Sagrado Corazon. It is between the White Ladies bridge and the Broken Bridge. Hours are 0900 to 2200. I am sure I won't be there that late so plan on being there before 1900 7pm to those not understanding International time.

I will be sampling and selling Kosher dill pickles: spears, slices and chunks. Pickled beets, Rotel in small and large jars. Bread and Butter pickles in small and large jars. I have some fantastic Spicy hot dill pickles that everyone seems to love. My fan favorite relish will be there also...

Please as I have used all my jars for this event, I really need everyone to return their jars to me at the Feria. Thank you for helping me keep the costs down.

See you all soon. My table is 19 when you walk in it is all the way in the back facing the entrance. Looking forward to seeing everyone during this Feria.

News from Ecuador you all need to know about. — Visa Angels ​| Ecuador Good morning from Cuenca Ecuador where the sun is shining and it is a beautiful day here. So many people are hearing the confusion and upset of people who have applied using the new Online Platform which is required to be used for all things Visa. I want to update you on what is actually happening

Clients who are getting ready to apply for a permanent visa need to reach out to us 5 months prior to the visa expiration. If you are a retiree, the online platform is requiring a brand new current year Social security letter or other Retirement letter which must be apostilled and then translated and notarized here in Ecuador.

They process the applications at 60 days from application and they are only giving people 10 days to obtain this document. Otherwise they are denying the permanent visas. Please be pro-active and reach out to us as soon as possible.
