One of my habit changes was very low carbs/keto in my food and a 16/8 IF (interment fasting) done correctly.. I feel great!!!

Uno de mis cambios de hábito fue muy bajo en carbohidratos/keto en mis comidas y un ayuno intermitente de 18/8 echo correctamente. ¡Me siento genial!
