الفانتازيا في تيميمون تُعد من أبرز مظاهر التراث الشعبي في الجنوب الجزائري، حيث يمتزج عبق الصحراء بعراقة الفروسية. يرتدي الفرسان أزياء تقليدية ويؤدون طلقات نارية جماعية على صهوات خيول عربية، وسط أنغام محلية مثل القنونة، في عروض تُقام خلال الأعراس والمهرجانات، أبرزها مهرجان تيميمون الثقافي. الفانتازيا هنا ليست مجرد استعراض، بل تعبير حي عن الهوية والانتماء والاعتزاز بالإرث الصحراوي.

Fantasia in Timimoun is one of the most prominent expressions of popular heritage in southern Algeria, where the spirit of the desert blends with the legacy of horsemanship. Riders wear traditional garments and perform synchronized gunfire while riding purebred Arabian horses, accompanied by local rhythms like "gnouna." These performances take place during weddings and festivals, especially the Timimoun Cultural Festival. Fantasia here is more than a spectacle—it's a living expression of identity, belonging, and pride in Saharan heritage.
