Today's treat, lionfish salad ! Here we have some lionfish fillets on a bed of fresh lettuce and carrot, surrounded by tomato & cucumber. Our salads vary depending on what fresh produce we have available but it's always fresh from farm & sea to table 😎

Our papaya smoothies are back and it doesn't get any fresher than this ! We harvest and occasionally purchase all of our fruits fresh, we then chop, freeze and blend !
