What We Do

• Help individuals and groups articulate their dreams
• Identify pitfalls and potential problems at the planning stage
• Introduce potential collaborators
• Assist in drafting the project proposals especially gender analysis and safeguarding polices
• Present the proposals to funding agencies with which we have a track record for efficient and accurate implementation
• Work with collaborating agencies to see project come to fruition by:
o Managing of funds
o Maintaining of accounting records
o Recording activities photographic and written
o Monitoring progress of projects
• Send Evaluation Report to Funding agencies

Who's Involved

The Executive Director of Lifeline Ministries is Tina Alexander, a trained social worker and counsellor with many years experience in Dominica and the United Kingdom. The administrator is Bernadette Jean Jacques. The Directors are:
