2 years ago today, I had one of the greatest moments of my career when I won my 3rd Olympic Medal - my 2nd Olympic Gold.

Time flies, and I can’t believe two years already has gone by. Many things has happened since and due to my back issues I am no longer active on the tour. I miss playing a lot and today a little bit extra when I look at the pictures.

Nothing within our sport can compare to standing on top of the podium at the Olympics and I am extremely proud and thankful that I got to have these experiences with with so many good people around me. I learned so much not only from the Games itself, but especially from the leadup and preparation with the team.

Thank you to everyone who supported me during my Olympic campaign and thanks for still being around here after my retirement from Badminton 💪❤️

两年前的今天，我迎来了职业生涯中最重要的时刻之一——赢得了我的第3枚奥运奖牌，也是第2枚奥运金牌。🥇🥇

时间过得真快，转眼已经过去两年了。这两年发生了很多事情。由于背伤的原因，我已经不再活跃于国际赛场。我真的很想念比赛，而今天，当我再次看到这些照片时，这种思念更加强烈。

对我们这项运动来说，没有什么能够比站上奥运会最高领奖台更特别。我感到无比自豪，也非常感恩能够与这么多优秀的人一起经历这一切。我不仅从奥运会本身学到了很多，更重要的是，我从备战过程以及和团队一起努力的每一天中收获了很多。

感谢所有在我奥运征程中支持我的人，也感谢大家在我退役后依然陪伴着我。💪❤️
