Last week, we spent a couple of really good days in Stockholm at Kontaktadagen with Kontakta Sverige💚

A lot of good conversations, familiar faces, new connections and many talks about what actually works in everyday customer service.

That is our favourite part of these events. Getting away from Teams calls and emails for a bit and actually meeting people face to face🥳

Big thanks to Tina and Sara from Kontakta Sverige for putting together such a great event and making everyone feel welcome🙌

It was also, as always, great spending the days together with partners and good people from the industry like Adversus and Enreach Outbound, while also making new connections with CM Software AB and Smindle🤝

And thanks to everyone who stopped by for a chat or just wanted to see what we are working on. Already looking forward to next time👋

We are heading back to Stockholm🙋‍♀️

On May 21, you will find us at Kontakta Sverige’s Kontaktadagen in Stockholm, one of the biggest events for customer service in Scandinavia.

It is one of those days where you just know there will be a lot of good conversations🤝

So, we are really looking forward to talk about people engagement, dashboards, data and how teams actually use it in their day to day work. And just catching up with people in the industry.

Another great addition to the team👋 Say hi to Martin, our new backend developer at IntraManager.

Martin started coding at a young age and somehow never stopped. Today, he works on everything behind the scenes in Board. The parts you do not see, but that make everything run.

Outside of work, he spends his time gaming, building his racing simulator setup and watching films🎥 And somehow he is also learning Japanese after a trip to Japan last year.

Safe to say he likes a challenge.

Martin, we are excited to have you on the team. Welcome💚

It was just a really good day. We had some great conversations and caught a few talks that stuck with us, even though we did not make it to all of them.

We are getting ready for Customer Service Expo in Copenhagen this Thursday with Peopleteam👀
