Having a great deal of fun recording those funky basses and playing with some House & Disco beats along chopping vocal samples . 🙌🎵🎹😎

Probably gonna change some of the chords and melody in time but I had to share. 🤔 I made the vocals by chopping up some free vocal samples - I might replace them at some point in the future if I have better alternatives. 🤞

I made the video with Cyberlink PowerDirector. 🎬 Sadly the audio in the video is compressed by Youtube, so I can recommend listening to it with headphones or visit my Soundcloud Channel "Obertron" for a better audio quality of my tune... 🙉😜

This is my first tune using my new synth Pro 3 (Special Edition) from Sequential Circuits. 🎹 I have dreamed about this synth for 3 years and finally the day came when I bought it. I've had it for nearly 4 weeks now and... What an unbelievable fantastic synth it is! It can be aggressive, harsh, and in-your-face but also mellow, spacey and silky. Every sound is possible to create with it! 🤩

I'm SO in love! 💗🎶

Yesterday I sat down with it when I got this idea. Hours went past and the idea evolved into some kind of a tune. I still needs a lot before I think it's finished though... I just wanted to share with you. 🤗😁

Everything in this tune is played and recorded with sounds from the Pro 3, except for the vocal sample, choir, piano and drumsamples. I guess there's no hiding the truth that I'm inspired of 80's music, JM Jarre, Vangelis amongst others... 😍

Finally bought the analog Bass Station of my dreams, and even in an "Apex Twin Special Limited Edition", which has been discontinued for a couple of years now, but after 1 year of searching I found one in perfectly mint condition on eBay and luckily for me at half the market price. 👀🙏 You see?! I had no choice but to buy it! 🫣😁

It would have been so good to have a video for my song... 🙈 I have to realize that I could probably NEVER make a living creating videos for my music, but on the other hand, I probably won't be able to make a living either from my music too. 👀

On the other hand, a lot has happened to my tune - in the almost 2 1/2 days - since it was conceived. Finished recording the latest additions to my idea earlier this afternoon, and high on endorphins and over-optimistic in my own video production abilities, I threw myself headlong into making a music video.

Hallelujah, what a bad idea! 🙈💩👎 Everything teased, and still does, but... Now it has to be as it is until one day, in mild madness, I choose to start over... (if that ever happens). 🥴😄
