Halloween Party 2024 - Google Drive

Hello everyone!

The election for ESN Haderslev is coming up! If you are interested in becoming a board member, you can apply for the following positions:
- President (makes sure that our section runs smoothly, communicates with the university, takes care that board members are up to speed on their tasks, etc.)
- Vice president (shares responsibilities with the president)
- Communication manager (keeps contact with other ESN sections in Denmark, promotes events)
- Project- coordinator/ buddy-coordinator (helps to organize events)
- Secretary (answers emails, makes the agenda for meetings, and takes notes of what happened during the meetings)
- Treasurer (manages the finances of our section)
- Social media manager (in charge of our Facebook and Instagram pages)
Apart from these positions, you can also come up with your own role. For example, if you are good with technology, you can create your own position as an IT manager. All ideas are welcome!

Please note that you don't need to have any previous experience working with ESN in order to become a board member.

Lastly, if you would like to be part of ESN, but not take on the role of a board member and all the responsibilities with it, you can always just be an active member of our section. As an active member, you help out with organizing our events and participate in the board meetings if you want to. You can check our tiers of participation in the comments.

Both board and active members get a free ESNcard, valid for a year after activation.
