With summer approaching, we are thinking of Hawaii, specifically the island of O’ahu and its beautiful people, land and native culture. Our visit last year was nothing less than life-changing and we can’t wait to visit again as soon as we can.

A town that feels like it was plucked from the European coast and dropped onto the Gulf.

Rosemary Beach isn’t just a beach — it’s cobblestone paths, art deco signs, gas lanterns, and cruiser bikes parked on manicured greens. The kind of place where you lose track of time wandering between the town square and the shoreline.

And when you finally crest that boardwalk and see the emerald water stretching out under a row of green umbrellas… yeah. That’s the moment.

It opened in 2024, taking the title away from a McDonald’s in Finland.

We, of course, had to visit while we were there!
