Massage Ritual: "Serenity Haven"

Total Duration: 90 Minutes

This ritual is designed to relax the body and mind, providing a comprehensive wellness experience in an intimate and calming environment.

1. Atmosphere Preparation (5 Minutes)

The client is welcomed into a room decorated with aromatic candles.

Relaxing background music (soft instrumentals or nature sounds) helps create a tranquil space.

A welcome drink is offered, such as herbal tea or citrus-infused water, to initiate the process of unwinding.

Optionally, mini champagne with chocolates can be provided (not included in the price).

2. Relaxing Massage (60 Minutes)

The therapist performs a full-body massage using lavender essential oils.

The massage focuses on relieving muscle tension, improving circulation, and reducing stress.

Gentle and fluid techniques are alternated with moderate-pressure movements on key areas such as the back, shoulders, and legs.

3. Reflexology (15 Minutes)

The massage is complemented with foot reflexology, targeting specific points on the feet that are connected to the body’s overall well-being.

A special balm is used to relax and revitalize the feet, releasing energy blockages.

4. Relaxing Facial Mask (15 Minutes)

While the client remains lying down, a hydrating and calming facial mask is applied.

During the mask’s setting time, the therapist performs a brief cranial and facial massage to release accumulated tension in the head and face.

5. Closing with a Special Treat (5 Minutes)

At the end of the session, the client enjoys a healthy snack.

They are invited to relax for a few more moments in the serene space before returning to their routine.

This ritual provides the perfect balance of deep relaxation and revitalization, leaving a lasting sense of peace and well-being.
